Helen Urmann is the Head of Centre for Applied Social Sciences at the Johan Skytte Institute of Political Studies, University of Tartu (Estonia). Her primary responsibilities include coordinating national applied research projects and analysing different societal problems, especially when it comes to equity, equality and access to education. She also teaches research methods to Bachelors' and Masters' students.
